The company is engaged in the processing of soybeans and other related products. It was incorporated in 2006 and it has its registered head office in Spain which is specifically based in Santa Barbara. The company offers processed soybean products such as, soybean meal, used as an animal feed, and crude soybean oil which is further processed for human consumption; soybean hulls for many livestock feeding rations and pellet for export; and soybean oil for crude soybean oil requires further processing (refining) for use.
